Every legacy needs a starting line. Designed under the classic STEM Racing regulations, the RCR-01 is Red Comet Racing's first complete leap from digital concept to physical prototype.
Built to the specifications of the previous STEM Racing technical regulations, the RCR-01 represents a monumental milestone for Red Comet Racing: our first fully realized prototype. Featuring an aggressive front wing, classic aerodynamic sidepods, and simulated halo integration, this chassis served as our ultimate proof-of-concept. More than just a race car, the RCR-01 is our baseline. It allowed us to master our CAD workflows, validate our initial SimScale CFD testing, and gather the crucial performance data needed to engineer our next-generation vehicle for the updated rulebook.
